Nothing other than Work-Life Balance

...nal life for no reason.. It's a terrible place to work on the whole.. Useless... Compensation is good but other benefits are not there. So, I gave an average rating to Compensation and Benefits.

Salary offer is upto the industry standards.

Dislikes

There is lot of company politics is involved. Hard work is not appropriated and other benefits like bonus, performance based incentives are not provided. Work load and pressure is more and three is no work life balance. Female team leaders in the company are prone to micromanagement and there is no room for growth is provided. Hard work is not recognised and appropriated.

work culture is excellent over here. As it's small company seniors and all the employees work as a family so they are always available to help you whenever in need without hesitation. I joined when other companies were firing their employees. Job security is 100 percent till there is no big issue. TBRC try to hold their employees. work culture is awesome nobody interfered with your work until you made a mistake. so you can independently work over here. your time is fixed come do your work, once you are done go home nobody will ask you to do the extra job. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a global client base as a result you have to work with global clients directly.

Compensation is decent. but growth is slow because it's a small company lots are people in the queue. but they compensate with a good hike instead of a promotion.

Worst experience as my first job. There is no proper management and always have worst politics in team. They make their own work policies and doesn't maintain a certain and accurate work policy.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They provide wfh but no respect towards work life balance. Always makes their employees work OT but no OT benefits are provided. Hr's and finance department work even on weekends but no respect for employees. Managers have all benefits but there are no benefits and always blame there junior employees.

First thing they don't provide you any training for anything, there's too much of a micro-management, salaries are low and not on time...overall you don't learn anything, you don't earn anything, don't use hard or soft skill apart from 'Yes sir or mam..that's it.
