Nothing to like as such।

Company does not believe in policy and procedure। every thing is person specific। every one is scared। old and retired and tired people work there। join only if you don't have a job। never think of a career as such

The only goods thing is that you get your salaries well in time even before the month ends.

My advice is that one should join this co only if he/she does not have a job. Otherwise for any other reason if someone joins, they will repent later. There is no growth in business and this company follows all kinds of orthodox practices. The accounting system is pathetic because no one bothers about systematic approach to accounting. For more details about the co, one should look for all ex people in Linkdin.

Work culture, fairness, unbiased opinion by superiors, As a company it has great Values ,one cannot not find any flaws with company policies very traditional in approach, but some superiors are Human some may have few faults in interaction which is inevitable Otherwise I had very good tenure as professional, hadwork satisfaction ,treated well retired after 34 years of service

One of the oldest company in India, hence pretty old culture, slow growth, could not capitalise market potential & finally has to sell the business.
