Management issues and unnecessary work pressure given . They don’t work on feedback given to them for betterment of the company. Not a like to fulfill the customer demand in terms of brand availability and launch or come up with those brands which customer never heard off.

Overall all experience is good working with quest retail...learned a lots from them & many more in future......thanks too each & every team members & management for this wonderful opportunity

Salary concern of variable pay need to stop soon as that makes big loss for us towards our efforts .....bcz they plan incentive structure also which we will earn on target achievement only but here we are facing issue for variable pay + incentive too on target achievement condition apply

Some of the people in the higher management are really very supportive. Gave us a fair hike in our salaries, recently.

...alary was not so good decision. It was good when we use to get it during Diwali. Salary hike was decent but career growth is a bit slow.

Company needs to give 2 weekly offs to employees and I really don’t like to pay shortages of the store company needs to find some solution about the shortages in every store

The variable which is cut of the in hand salary And for all the ladies within the company should not stay after 8 pm
