Office infra is good and both way cab facility is there.

Dislikes

Micromanagement is there. Work environment is not that friendly. Mostly they hire Management Trainee and Fresher who hardly have experience about work life balance. Manager treat trainee as lead and lead if new or not in good terms with manager as a fresher or trainee.

Likes

Working environment is good knowledge sharing improvement id good people, team leader, managers are very good attitude working satisfaction very well.

Dislikes

Managements are not like in senior experience people this attitude is not good. Change this attitude only.

I think it’s a great company to work with. Though they don’t hire on their own payroll but have tie-ups with various MNC bit you are equally treated in terms of respect and transparency.

Dislikes

I don’t see any discrimination. Also there is no specific answer as it depends on team to team and manager to manager whether favourable or not.
