I like it company product and my team mint Salary is never late in the company In the company, there were some seniors who were strong and very good at listening to the problems of juniors and solving them with care.

...e work for which we are employed by the company, we also have to do other work In the company, the salary is met from time to time, but even if she is present for a full day at work, she takes half a day, so that day's salary is deducted. Company does not have canteen facility and also does not serve tea No senior staff in the company pay attention to junior staff so junior staff face a lot of problems. Thanks

No increment for insiders who came from IJP very poor salary for good position and politics are terrible from the HOD always they show EGO so many things which need attention but no one care due to everyone is working for their salary no one is thinking about company

The company being a startup provided alot of practical and onground experience. Was always open to trust the employee with any additional responsibilities he/ she wants to take up and learn in the ongoing process.

...mployees even after they have been in the organization for a very long period. Increaments and work pressure are not proportional to the salary being paid to you.

Working culture is good and it is a good reputed food industry in India .

Dislikes

Salary for a Shop Manager is too low . Ctc is 14000 per month. And software has to be updated we can't punch some items . If the software is updated it make our job little bit easy .
