... I am a part of a team. Its a good place to get knowledge about beer and liquor. Pay good salary and other benefits.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Company does not give service charge no salary at time some time they give salary after 2 month very terrible experience no one to look after the staff no one lisen to staff very poor management. They also dont credit PF on staff account many problems with compay i truly say that pls dont join this company

Beer cafe one of the best place to work and improve your knowledge about liquor specially Beers. All seniors has good Knowledge and motivate staff to do there best. During training session we learn lots of new things and current trends....

Date of salary is too late between 10th to 15th of month.

It's just the different kind of people's you get to meet at such a place. You'll learn much about bar setup, drinks, preferences according to trends, Excise policy's & so more.

Company culture especially when it is a franchise, so I strongly advise to choose a company outlet rather.

The Beer cafe was the place where I learnt alot very nice kitchen staff different kind of beers🍻 from different country good service staff.

Only one thing after doing a good business by achieving targets, y cafe was in loss i doesn't get my 8 months sc after I played a leading roll there was wrong in cafe I guess cafe should make a honest team.
