Insecurity of the job, worst condition of the work environment. Blame game politics by the seniors and head of the departments is the major issues in this institution. It is very difficult to survive for new comers or young people.

It was an enriching experience. They are high on standards and provide quality education. They rigoursly train their staff professonally. Staff is well taken care of .

They are providing all medical benefits during this locked. they regularly doing check up and monitor everyone very closely. In the school campus. every one follow social distancing rules seriously. and its mandatory for every one to wear mask during work time.

All are well in place. So, I thought this topics is not for The Assam Valley School.

It was a great place to work in terms of learning, growth and school provided ample opportunities to one to grow if they really wanted. I loved working there

Work life balance, too much work at times and multiple positions held by same individuals led to politics at times
