All senior employees are maintained good communication with new employees and clearly explained the work.

There is no any job security and the company under the government so that if the government changes they simply changes the employees and give the chances to their (present government)people. Company recruitment is not good in apmdc. We faced so difficulty even we people did work hard.

Regular employees are playing a lot of politics in APMDC for their personal benefits. They do not recognize the employees who work hard for the growth of the company. The major flaw in the administration of this corporation is HRD. I am not interested and Don't want to talk more about APMDC.
