The "company" (proprietorship firm) is run by one person, with no management. It's a micro business that focuses on "his" monthly profits. Not many learning/skill development opportunities for beginners and most of the team consists of interns. Consistent work pressure due to very small team size. Employees are expected to work on weekends if there is a "critical project", which is very frequent. Terrible job security, you'll be asked to leave anytime without prior notice. If an employee wants to resign, no experience letter is given.
