Work culture is okay not that good. Salary is not that great. Co founder of this company is really very good once interacted with him he is very cool and calm. L&D specialist makes things very easy to understand. She comes down to our level to explain things and make it easy with examples. She is very kind. Even if you don't understand she explains things again without getting annoyed especially Boolean and our recent training on Google. Head of L&D is very kind and sweet she is very helpful and understands analysts. HR team is very helpful for onboarding and setting up things.

Dislikes

They mention that you can make mistakes but TL shouts at us when we make mistakes. I worked with one of the TL and she was very rude to me. I am a fresher and I think they should give us time to adjust and understand thing, she get very panic and hyper if we do even a small mistake. I think even if we complain to management about TL there would be no use. Leaves are very less. No Diwali bonus.

...is no job security; one day they'll call you and tell you that you are useless. We understand that cost cutting; low funds can lead to layoffs but there is a huge difference between telling a person that they need you to go because of cost cutting and tellint them that they are USELESS!! They made people work for 10-12 hours a day and make work their lives and still leave their work unrecognised and make them feel stupid. They didn't even let people and many of my close colleagues serve notice period; they just asked to leave without any explaination justsaying "Leave as you are useless". For many months they didn't feel like the person isn't a good fit; they gave 3.84/5 in performance review a week back; the person cleared the probation with 79% marks in the test and suddenly the person is useless?

Dislikes - how to start there is no ending to this there are several comments down below please be aware of this stupid organisation. They are not trust worthy at all. They will tell you to do work like dogs for 15 hours and will not even recognise your work or your efforts. Last but not the least 85-95 people of organisation and they don't know how to run a company then it should be shut down. Good for nothing !

Work life balance is good. Virtual work experience was really good. Work structure is nice and less of repeated work, great learning via new project and mandates.

Dislikes

Head of operations/director here plays monopoly, discuss less and just throw their decisions on you. Whatever TL says is the last thing no sort out conversation, no discussions will help. Be cautious while talking to management people. It can result into bad repercussions for you.

1. Easy pocket money for the short term. 2. You deal with the clients and not upper management.

Dislikes

It’s really bad, let me point out facts: 1. No Diwali gift/bonus/increment. 2. Sometimes companies do need to lay off but here’s a shameless one that manipulates you into resigning yourself to save on paying severance. “Resign immediately or we’ll fire you” 3. If client is lost, you suddenly become an under performing analyst. If client is retained, this issue is not so alarming anymore. 4. You are asked to do everything except research. Research word is an easy sell for freshers. 5. Team leads are not bad themselves but are forced by the coward upper management into take ugly decisions. To all the employees: I know you have responsibilities and can’t just quit but try to get out as soon as you can.
