As an employee at the company for a considerable period of time, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding the lack of discipline among certain employees. While the company has fostered a positive and flexible work culture, it seems that some individuals have taken advantage of this freedom, resulting in a setback to the overall progress and productivity of the organization.

Joining The AEC Associates has been one of my best decision. As an architect, finding a balance between work and personal life is often a challenge, but at AEC, it's achievable. The organization fosters an excellent work-life balance, a supportive team environment. Having been here for three years, I truely value my experience and look forward to continuing my journey with AEC.

AEC is a good platform for everyone's growth. Compared to other companies of same industry it has a calm, happy work environment. Time to time work appreciations are there, teams and seniors are supportive.

There is nothing to dislike, but sure management needs to work on team bonding.
