It's a biased & completely lala company. No HR policies at all. All decisions taken by the CSO of the organisation. If he doesn't like he will ask you to leave. Everyone has their own little affairs with other employees that makes it a toxic environment to work. Every 3 months you will be put on PIP for no reason.
