The HR team is very friendly, salary paid on time. Admin team reacts very fast if there is any issue related to the maintenance things.

Dislikes

There is no that many dislikes but still they can maintain good relationship with the team members like encourage them to learn new and during heavy work times they can not force us.

It was a work from home for me, It was very good experience as I learnt payment Posting and cash Posting also which was new for me.

Dislikes

We cannot take leaves when it's emergency and also if you resign the job, No one will try to convince you to pull back the paper what ever hard work you do

I started working here as Sr.AR Associate now I am working as an SME from past 6 month , well my AM is a type of person who always support hardworking and skilled employees and always encourage and push people for nxt lvl opportunity, it's your luck if you get a chance to work under like my AM definitely will have a better growth.

Dislikes

only disadvantage is no proper cafeteria in the main facility (two facility in Bangalore) and no good hotels or restaurant nearby the facility, it's almost like in outskirts of Bengaluru daily travelling long distance is hectic for work life balance for people like me who is residing exactly opposite end of the Bengaluru (45kms) one side.

If you are experienced, it will benefit you in lots of ways ...good management and staff and friendly environment ☺️

Dislikes

For freshers it's bit complicated to sustain because they get trained only for 2-3 weeks ...they learn a very few things which is 30% applicable on floor job ...and cafeteria is the worst no space for more than 15 employees.

The management is highly incompetent of its work with no true face. Filled with such Nin-cump-foos but highly efficient in holding there pants tight up and playing dirty politics.

Dislikes

Highly toxic office politics including the "Mr So called Director Gokul" and his Minions with no spine kindly do develop one. FYI - In weak companies, politics win. In strong companies, the best ideas do.
