The guides are not properly guide and give time to phd scholars. They are bias and neglate the scholar whn the sholar denied their personal work. It is my personal experience.

Likes

Talking to several candidates enhance communication skills and guide them right,help to sort thier issues really feel so good and energetic

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike but I really want appraisals here and a sorted team

The facilities (faculty rooms, lecture theatres, labs, toilets) in the newly constructed buildings are immaculate. They’ve got a pretty good library too.

Dislikes

The work culture leaves much to be desired. If you’re working at a sufficiently high position, life at Thapar is like a dream. If you’re a newbie - even if you have a doctorate degree from a prestigious university- you’ll be treated like dirt. The toxic work culture makes you forget your own worth sometimes.

Likes

Because i have freedom to do what i want to improve the power supply of campus , Air Conditioning systems, Centrally UPS system,D. G. Supply, but only upto the Director of MP Kapoor.

Dislikes

Present management of Thapar Technology Campus is not capable to run the campus what he was meant they are running the campus like business which is not good for educational institution and also peoples are working there's is not satisfied with the administration and also present President of the institute does not meet the agreement terms and conditions of memorandum signed between Govt. Punjab and trusstee of the institute if you are interested to know the facts contact me personally.
