Absolutely nothing. This company has zero values and ethics. The HR team can call anyone at any point of time in a cabin and force to resign. Some people forced to resign during pandemic are now dead due to stress and pressure. Even in past few employees suffered heart attacks and succumbed to death after being terminated. The management takes huge pride in shouting, insulting and humiliating all its employees, including senior staff.

Dislikes

Horrible place to work. They will offer u designation like GM, but after joining u will realise u r the only one in team and no1 under u. Even the VP and GM are involved in calling clients and recovery. Most of their work is done by bribery and u will be expected to liaise for the same. Some employees faced life threats due to being involved in bribery. They compel employees to work through out the maternity period. Stay prepared to work late if you want to prosper. Their best increment even during good times in 5-6 percent.
