Job security - Cloud OTA is worst project, nobody knows anything but expectations would be like you have to do everything. The one who knows won’t tell you anything. Learning- migration work from old legacy to so called Cloud. You won’t do anything new just some line of codes, no cloud exposure. No new tech. Politics - “Ek_bihar_sab_pe_bhari” So if you want to survive keep good terms with this guy.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work life balance Exception approval required from centre head for weekend work. Hybrid work May be pay is of market standards

Job security is non existent Too much change in org structure. Sometimes changes happening overnight. No clear definition of roles and responsibilities

... seen people complaint about the same to higher management too, but no changes. I even stopped refering my friends to this company, despite having very good referral bonus.
