...ly no MNC working culture). Partialityand bias wins the race that's about it. Salary hike is lower single digit which is far less than current inflation rate. Bonus distribution is biased, not transparent.

-biasness/favoritism -no career growth -extreme pay parity -worst HR -bad work culture- people are very disrespectful and shout at others -senior management is bossy and unhelpful -lots of ethical issues with middle level managers

All people across teams are very comfortable to reach out. Best work culture and work experience , not taking compensation in consideration

- they will not offer you expected salary until or unless you have counter offer. - After joining of 2 months They will put you in PIP and fire you with in few days with no severence pay because you are in probation period. - HR is worst here, they will not support you anywhere. Your manager is God in this company. - your shift will be rotation with rotational week off . They will not provide you leave until or unless you need to show them proof for everything. - At the end you will feel like robot who is ready to work on public holidays as well.
