Company's Internal Policy and Control System is excellent and especially company always gives more freedom to their employees and evaluate their values and full fill their current problem in both professionally and personally that's why I am here easily handling more than 200Crore Turnover.

There's nothing I dislike about the Job in particular. It's just that I feel I am not awarded enough for the work I do for them.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
