...t it is wholesale shop where no work culture,no professionals, no ethics etc.. They can fire you anytime and you will not get your dues rather they will make you pay by manipulating the calculations of your final dues. They may deduct your phone bills also. Once I was traveling to Punjab for business and submitted the bills,in which one bill was from domino's not more than 300 for two persons. They reacted that "were you went on PICKNICK" ? They think that if you work with them you are not human and you do not deserve even lunch or dinner for more than 100. I would not recommend any professionals to join this company but if you are dying without job you can join but mark my word "you will not survive for more than a year. One more thing, if you got the job in some other good company and if they get the information, first thing they will call to that company and will try to cancel your appointment. It had happened to me.

They will keep eye on you every time, they will watch your computer screen in such a way that you can't notice them, they will hear your phone conversation and if you will go out of office to talk to someone, one fat lady may came will try to hear what you are talking and with whom you are talking.

I have been associated with this Company for almost 10 years now. I joined as a junior sales executive and am currently heading the release agent business unit. I have seen a big change in the Company over the years in terms of professionalism, management, technology. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking to grow in their career.

Nothing, very bad experience with Thakar Dass & Co, waste of total time, no culture, not have aticate to take with employee..

Owner behaviour is very bad for all employees, they always use abuses for all employees.

This is a LALA company which is run by 3 relatives brother, sister and nephew. Here you can't get any opportunities to grow as they never want that any of their employee should get promotion or increment. It was a curse to work there.

No increment, no career growth, fraudulent activities.

No growth in career, nothing to learn and no job security at all . This is owner managed company and they will treat you like slave.

After resign they did not paid my due even they did not give me relieving letter even after many many emails reminder and phone calls. Many people i know have got same treatment. They will promise you something and give you something. I worked in this company for 11 months and after resignation they deducted 11 months phone bill from my salary. They took my phone and checked my person email and whatsapp massage. They are like criminals people . No one can work there for longtime unless you surrender and work like slave and labour.
