It takes time to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals. You can't just close a deal overnight, and it can be demoralizing when your manager is constantly breathing down your neck. I was also subjected to unprofessional behavior from my manager. They would often make rude comments and criticisms, and they were never supportive or helpful. This created a toxic work environment where I felt constantly stressed and anxious. Overall, the management is unprofessional, the work environment is frustrating, and the micromanagemenr is rampant. If you're looking for a positive and supportive work environment, this is not the place for you.
