In the beginning, it was good culture and transparency was maintained. But now their hid information, and undertake all unethical practices to run the organisation.

They do not pay the hard earned money. I am waiting for my big chunk money since last year.

Leadership is unethical, lacks direction and the favoritism is very obvious. You are cold calling all day, the commission structure is impossible to hit the highest %, and this job is entirely luck-based. Try to avoid it at all costs if you can! Lies, lies and more lies told by the management.

The job was simple but brings so much stress and anxiety.

Dislikes

Leadership was tyrannical. Demands and expectations were too high and then employees were fired for not delivering. It felt awful, unjust, and unfair!
