This place was horrible to work at the building conditions are horrible. The building heater never worked so we were always freezing and so where the children. HR Supervisor was hiring all her friends even if they were not the most qualified. No one shows up for work and the facility never has any of the amenities that it is supposed to. I mean its bad when I am the one in here to always turn on the building lights and to turn them off. This place is definitely not diverse. The show favorites and I had a go around with someone because of race. People get put into the cool group by HR and then the people they do not like they call them the mean girls. I. Got compared to someone else who they thought was stealing time and we both happen to be black and when I told my Supervisor how I felt they went on the defense and told me how much time they had on me in hr. Administration is never here to open the doors to let the parents in because they are never at work and always shopping for stuff with the companies money. Like who really needs matching pink leather computer bags. The Administration Supervisor goes around bragging how much she can get the Administration paid and even had the head HR sister hired into the same company. I would never refer someone to work for this company and from what the Administration is wasting money on shopping and eating out I can see why they are losing money. Not mention the Administration assistance is making more money than a permanency support worker. This whole system is messed up. I think the management need to have a class mandated for all managers plus have to read the policies. They have such a high turn around its the lack of how management treats people here. I mean if your boss doesn't do the right thing then how do you expect the employees. If you ask questions then they find a way to get you to quit or fire you. There just to much that I have seen that is done wrong with this company.
