Lot to learn here. You are responsible for your own code, you are allowed to learn new technologies. All people are technically strong and you can get all the help from your colleagues. Perks such as good performance hikes, remote work policy. Overall, great working experience.

You are the boss of your code and nothing can stop you writing garbage code as they dont care about quality but the deadlines. Service based company.

Dislikes

You will ruin your work-life balance. You will never learn leading technologies as they are reluctant to adopt any( plain js, php echos and lot more old school)

Good to bad, bad to worst. selfish managers only think of their own growth. Unprofessional behaviour from HR who is from a technical background and even don't have basic knowledge of HR process. Its like work in a local kirana shop. No doubt the company founder is very down to earth, intelligent, softspoken but surrounded by foolish people who are making fool of him.

Dislikes

Non-professional working environment. Fake commitments. No additional facilities. The best system to calculate how to deduct the salary
