I started as a junior and I did not know anything about the industry. The team mates are awesome and even after so many years of leaving the company I am still in touch with them. Be assured of your job security if you are good and dedicated. Bosses are very supportive specially Amit Goenka. He is the most awesome boss. His memory and presence of mind is superb. There is politics everywhere but survivable. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. I worked in Mumbai office for almost 3 years and 1 year in Bangalore. They give you much freedom and I learnt everything from there. It’s like a school. I travelled to the factories being a junior. I was given good exposure. But it was just lead without title.

Dislikes

Salary is not great even after giving so much to the company. I started at the salary what the peons were being paid, but th boss didn’t even know about it. Expect to work at senior level without getting promoted. I was overburdened but my senior didn’t bother. I worked till 1.00 Am in the night being a girl. I have worked for endless hours because I loved to work there.

My overall experience in texport is very good because my seniors are very supportive and kind. We feel comfortable with people around us at work. Good work environment and culture.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent of 3 years before which you can’t resign on the job training is not given new joined

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have to work 14-16 hours starting in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
