...l benifit only 75,000 fixed. New staff there is no job security, dirty politics. employees who are serving due to long tenure there is no salary growth.

No coordination, no team work, HR manager is always Dramatically nature, she takes all your credits, management is not good. No PF for staff, No benefits, Nobody follow SOPs. No implementations, management always reject budgets,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Office is good, ERP system is good and straight forward.

Dislikes

Understaffed team, time is always wasted on unnecessary zoom meetings. No support from management during tough times. Management explicitly asks to work even on Sundays while they never hire enough people to get the work done. Then the blame is on the staff at the time of appraisal and poor increment is given based on this. Would not recommend this company for a long term career. Only good for 1-2 years.

My personal review on this company is very good. Since, Here i had lot of exposure into the job and learnings.

Dislikes

Everything is fine working here, but the thing that lacks here is there is no proper standards, and the management is a bit of stubborn towards implementations and developing the safety culture.
