At Texple, I appreciate the opportunity for growth and learning. While the salary may be lower, the supportive environment, flexible hours and diverse project make it reward.

1. Great place to work. 2. Healthy environment. 3. Supportive colleagues. 5. Founder of the company is polite and good in nature. 6. Great learning. 7. Hands-on experience. 8. The best thing is that company allows work from home is case of emergency.

Dislikes

...No flexible timing i.e when employee comes at 11 am should not get late mark. 2. Salary deduction when employee comes late. 3. Late Marks. 4. No hybrid work culture. 5. No seniors to guide. 6 Salary deduction upon late. 7. Very less time to complete task. 8. There should be no late marks.

1] Login time must not be strict. 2] Organisation should adopt flexible timings. 3] if employee is on leave, shouldn't distrub employee, and company wants the employee should be available on leave also (so what is a benefit to take leave) 4] expect to work on a senior level in very less salary even less than junior. 5] pay structure is not equal for everyone. 6] company doesn't provide laptop (some have recived laptop from company and some doesn't) 7] No increment on point, if given they expect to commit one more year. 8] Salary is not as per industry standard. 9] Working from long time, my personal has become hell as login time is strict and heavy work load.

Working with Texple has been a good experience for me.I particularly enjoy the dynamic environment and the innovative projects we work on. Environment is very friendly and seniors are also very helpful.

Dislikes

1] Some office employees are yet to receive laptop from company. 2]Employees are not receiving salary slips.

Likes

I appreciate the positive work culture and numerous learning and development opportunities. The company provides flexibility for Work - From - Home during emergencies. Offers significant growth prospects and encourages us to handle and explore new areas of work. All employees including founder is very helpful and good in nature.

Dislikes

Only one challenge is the inconsistent in working hours.
