Likes

No any HR policies , Canteen is good , Work & life balance will be good for some departments.

Dislikes

Lots of politics ,No appreciation , No system , Everyone will work on their priorities , Everyone will stretch you as per their urgencies, In purchase your manager will not support you . You have to work independently & also listen all people( MD to labour ) on their mood also if you right .Nominal increment is once in 2 years i.e. 1 to 2 k . Purchase work is only as a clerk . Management will discontinue you without reason .

Will get chance on different project as this is R&D based company

Dislikes

No work satisfaction, people are not supportive, bosses are not good even they do not appreciate employee, will not get holidays and will not get PL CL leaves properly

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
