As a small company you can expect good growth

Dislikes

No Job security, you don't get permanent before 2 years. There are no public holiday except Sunday and if they are giving any day off like for diwali or holi they deduct that day salary. You don't get proper training for your role and their is no culture

Having a good set of rules.. Which are not followed sometimes by the company itself

Dislikes

Bad working culture and no focus on safety of the workers and no safety equipment are provided to the workers working on the production machines. Safety equipment are only provided when any external team visits for inspection.

I like nothing about this company, Blood Suckers. If possible I would have give star/rating in minus to this thirdclass company.

Let me tell you a funny incident from this so-called public company. On the birthday of the Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay, they organize a blood donation camp. Even if you're not interested or have health issues, the bootlickers of the MD will repeatedly pressure you to donate blood just to please him. It's as if they really want to suck your blood! The nature of the MD is very rude; he doesn't know how to talk and lacks etiquette. The next month after the MD's birthday, there is a month when they increase the payment to employees. The HR department circulated a notice that the person who has not given blood will not receive their payment increment, and it was put on hold for 1-2 months. The person who has given blood received the increment.

Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd. Is a limited company and its bases on limited and stickley rules for peoples to doing thier job liabilities.

There is no thing for dislike i just did resignation due to my personal reason.

The company was very good environment. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that market reliable, high quality product range. The company had 9 branches overall India. For that I got travel to out of City especially to the Mumbai, Pune, and Indore.

Dislikes

Company was nice. But the work pressure was very high. Mostly I was worked even at Sunday also.
