During covid 19 lockdown period the company offers salary for all employees.after lockdown the management provides food with free of cost during working hours as well as in Sunday.

No transportation for employees who are all working during shift hours.

Good work environment, they give salary on time, and also they teach me about pumps motos pumps head calculation, they maintained timing and good people in higher authority and also they gave PF and medical insurance

It's a good company but the employee salary is very less and also yearly incentive is very less like 500 that's is the main reason i quit my job

i worked 8 years, 8 months. one day suddenly dismiss the 3 persons including me. the management reason is production & business is reduced the year, so management to take decision for manpower reduce the all departments. so HR informed resign the job. NO JOB SECURITY high salary employees at TEXMO INDUSTRIES.
