...environment based on single power resource who driven company on dictate values. Not a good pay master as negotiate with employees in most of the things like leaves / appraisal etc. No medical insurance / family care or any other facilities provide here and here all these you need to take from your pocket only which deduct from your salary.

Not a professional organisation for employees... Always trying to deduct salary, expenses and CTC from the employees.. If some one resigned from the company, they are trying to spoil his career like they takes agreement to do not join any competitor companies for next 3 years..if not agree for that, they do block mail for stopped the settlement.. If he starts any his own business, they give instructions to their dealers don’t support to them. Don’t know what’s the Sadism they have.. If employees resign from the company they want to he will be Zero... Better don’t join such kind of companies for better features.. I never seen such kind of company..

Low annual increments, low salary. work pressure. Lot of politics, they re told to pay 40000 if I have leave the job immediately. Otherwise the to work notification period is 3 months when compl.

No job security, no growth in career, salary pay high based on the appraisal. more politics in executives & employees

i worked 8 years, 8 months. one day suddenly dismiss the 3 persons including me. the management reason is production & business is reduced the year, so management to take decision for manpower reduce the all departments. so HR informed resign the job. NO JOB SECURITY high salary employees at TEXMO INDUSTRIES.
