Everything. Starting from HR department worst HR policies and processes. Poor quality department. No accreditation for academics. No salary appraisal based on performance only people oriented that also they have few people they can survive only with tat few. A person who doesn’t know academics will be your manager that too senior academics manager since for six yrs they survived by not doing anything. Frequent moving of employees. Termination in between doing ur job. Very worst Working culture. They speak Agile integrity this that but nothing is practiced properly. Sometime political related topics will be speak in the public forum. this is a social place where they play devotional song from mrng to evening its a kind of nuisance cant speak or work. No respect for qualifications. No proper documentation. No work ethics. Appraisal is really pathetic. They hire good candidates but they dont withstand. They have to work on lot of areas to make it a good company. It may be started with good motive but its losing its purpose now.

...e courses they provide and try to loot money from employees as well as students. As against companies act and labour welfare act they take two months salary of employees as caution deposit and many times never return it. One of the horrible work place to work with.

Work culture and learning is good if you are a fresher or experienced you can learn all marketing tools here and you will get support from management as well as hr overall good company to work here

Worst Management ever seen, Poor HR policy( no HR policy followed btw), unfit senior managers in sales department, unhealthy work place, worst micro management work place ever seen. Poor and worst unfit Unit heads and functional heads in Texila. Pity HR department ( no role for HR dept.) only know to shake heads what the functional head says, and only job is to download resume and to give job threat to employees ( no need of HR dept. in Texila). No growth in this company. If you join as executive and make sure you will retire as same executive from this company. Fake commitment will be given by the senior managers to the enrollment advisors and to the colleagues only coz to get done their work from the executives. Pity for the enrollment advisors. You could see few shoe licking senior managers in sales. Even though after seeing the negative reviews from portals , candidates joins the company only coz of their survival but the management and functional heads take this for granted. Worst behavior by those who sit in the position saying as Head's of the dept.
