...e courses they provide and try to loot money from employees as well as students. As against companies act and labour welfare act they take two months salary of employees as caution deposit and many times never return it. One of the horrible work place to work with.

...st company I have no regret. I highly recommend to my friends from time to time. Good salary as per capability & lot of growth opportunity if you manage. Covid period has been handled very efficiently, very well planned & well managed. Supportive managers with open door policy.

Ambiance and nature of job. On time salary

Everything. Starting from HR department worst HR policies and processes. Poor quality department. No accreditation for academics. No salary appraisal based on performance only people oriented that also they have few people they can survive only with tat few. A person who doesn’t know academics will be your manager that too senior academics manager since for six yrs they survived by not doing anything. Frequent moving of employees. Termination in between doing ur job. Very worst Working culture. They speak Agile integrity this that but nothing is practiced properly. Sometime political related topics will be speak in the public forum. this is a social place where they play devotional song from mrng to evening its a kind of nuisance cant speak or work. No respect for qualifications. No proper documentation. No work ethics. Appraisal is really pathetic. They hire good candidates but they dont withstand. They have to work on lot of areas to make it a good company. It may be started with good motive but its losing its purpose now.

I feel more comfortable and satisfied both professionally and personally, I have been here about a year now, i have not heard any grumbling about the management, Here i love the Organization Culture mostly apart from my domain

I Feel there is no cab services to office employees distance problem so lack of time to attain the office.
