...ion of authority to HODs and expecting employees to work under immense pressure. No proper HR policies, appraisal policy, standardized salary of staff. Zero employee satisfaction. No recognition of employee's hard work.

Likes

Work on the basis of your intelligence, and previous skill set. Good colleague support (May be I was lucky because it's difficult to find there). If only learning matters to you and you just don't care about your insults and mental peace, this will be good place to work with. Talking from the perspective of company culture, it will not benefit you until you are in the good books of Management.

Dislikes

It is the family run business where you'll have all the family members, may be three to four, as bosses on you and they need one single task do get done with all three or four different perspective and expectations. No work life balance, No security. One can learn new things and products with lesser amount of money in pockets and least self respect. Frankly, it is hazardous for the career when you report to the person who doesn't know how to calculate simple interest. The new Management and HODs are there with zero knowledge power and downgraded mentality. Pathetic HR Policies, No employee oriented thinking.

Nothing to like about it as the management is very poor. No system, no proper time of appraisal, poor decision making, etc.

Dislikes

No decision making, no authority, poor management, appraisal system is poor, no system of KRAs, poor work life balance, unethical practices.
