Nothing that could motivate me to stay at Texel. Poor management by sole working director. No. delegation of authority to HODs and expecting employees to work under immense pressure. No proper HR policies, appraisal policy, standardized salary of staff. Zero employee satisfaction. No re cognition of employee's hard work....Read More

Hectic, Unmanageable, non availability of data and non-reliance on the data which is available. In short, waste of time to work here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
