Just Worst . They will not give hike after completing ur 1year service in the company. After achiving ur targets no incentives. Still I'm waiting for 2022 sep intake incentive today Jun 2023. But no response from management. They will not follow the systematic in the company

Salary appraisals are not done on time.HR's do not respond well.BM and process managers play a lot of politics. Especially Guntur and vijaywada.Work culture has become worst from past 1 year since the entry of new regional manager.
