Salaries though paid less ,paid on time .

Salary appraisals are not done on time.HR's do not respond well.BM and process managers play a lot of politics. Especially Guntur and vijaywada.Work culture has become worst from past 1 year since the entry of new regional manager.

Working was good for me as it was my first job job but overall experience was terrible didn’t expected.

The rules and regulations and the kind of pressure, mentality of people , not giving full salary to the employers.

... manager can call you at any time even at 2:00 a.m. to give fear about your job. Salary deductions are also there. A counsellor job is a complete target base job. Which can affect your salary as well.
