You will be getting work accordingly to your domain experience. learning opportunities are good here. Manager is very supportive and helpful. If you are a fresher then it's the best place to start your career with.

Sometimes work become hectic and have to stretch the working hours a bit and sometimes have to work on weekends as well.

The Processor tram has a terrible work culture. The evaluation process is extremely biased and the senior leadership is there to only retire. Good ideas are shot down or plagiarised. The Analog teams on the other hand are much better.

Higher management is less transparent about roadmaps and less inclusive of lower management in decision making. New people find it difficult adopt to team's culture.
