This was good company when I joined. But since few years nothing left to like here

Here all department are worst.... Hiring creteria are wroung. Old employees has no increment but new employees hired in high salary. Inko purane employees ki value nh ha.

There is nothing worth learning from this company. The staff of the company is not good at all. The design department of the company is absolutely useless. If you are mechanical design engineer don't go there..

Salary hit on time, Promotion and increament not much good. Job Secure if you learn and avoid doing mistakes.

Production team is not supportive. Some department does not plan better. They will start their work after you confirmation.

It is not an organisation to work with. As this is not even organised to call it as an organisation. Management is pulling the wool over eyes of directors. Poor management, Lots of workload, Lots of politics and dirty games

We are working as a tex family . I love the fact that I am the employee of a team that market reliable , high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

As I know that Job is not secure because the management have not good persons .
