Salary is very less. More than 10 years experienced people, now only get 30000 per month. No transport, no accommodation, out side of city . 30km far away from Chennai. Freshers worh B.tech, M.sc got 9000 to 11000 tale home. With that, they detect PF and Canteen. So in hand we got only 9000 salary..

Dislikes

Managers are worst- do not dpeakout the employer's problem in company meeting. Increment level is still in 80's centuries. Employers: No one care about company's growth (except few) Employee: don't care about employers and their safety, life expenses, etc..

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
