HR is a sloath for making any decision or considering change salary is way lesser than other similar sized companies. Perks are not good, no work from home policy. If asked HR answers as it not in our policy we can't approve WFH

Unrealistic work load delaying the completion of task bad behavior for their contractual employee

Work culture, personal benefits, job security all these things were the best as I compare with other organisation with whom I worked and working now.

HR Team should personally pay attention through each employee as the most team managers plays favoritism into team and dominate other employees .... Team managers plays very intellectual games by micromanaging and speaking one on one with an employee. He made team believe that HR people will.not believe any employee ..if you have to complain anything.

...ero rating with zero hike also. Tries to get benefits of employee circumstances. Do not pay employee what they deserve.

It's good place to work.company policy very good with good compensation, sick policy and safety .working hours satisfactory .good work life balance only issue is low increment .As job responsibility get to learn various activities so good for career growth.
