Sr.'s Are rude like purchase head, textile head and receptionist also soo much rude in my experience in this company very bad. if the I new employee in this company no one behave good splly sr. Staff are rude purchase assistant was no value no self respect here only behav like a blaming punching bag that's it

Not at all professional, one somebody leaves with or without offering to serve notice period they don't let them serve notice period and make them leave instantly and will not give employee money, also salary gets credited after 15th of the month, half day counts after completing 5 hr of work, sandwich rule worst

Company policies were not in place. The policies are not employee friendly. Work culture was fine until management asked us to work for longer hours and on Sunday too all in the name of audit. For which preparation was started a year ago.

Dislikes

Management would never take suggestions from the employees. Everyone had to follow the rules without questioning. Increments offered were too less and not worth the effort. Longer working hours were expected.
