Company culture is quite okay People are respective and friendly You get to place your freely The team leader is quite supportive when it comes to work Also when it comes to core work, you get to learn lot of new things each day, i personally enjoy doing my tasks. The client is also respective and friendly

Salary is very less as compared to the market standards One is never appreciated even when you strive hard and take full efforts (for eg., the employee of the month will be given to least deserving person) Sometimes they won't just understand and considered your point even when you are completely honest and genuine towards them.

The culture is good and all senior employees are helpful. All domains of projects are available, where you get a lot to learn. The company works on all new tools and technologies.

Dislikes

Provides less salary as compared to market standards. They don't give any extra compensation or bonus if we work extra hours on weekends. Else everything is good.

I love this company. If you are a fresher this company is best for you.

1) NO job security. 2) Company will throw you out if you were not able to crack client interviews. 3) No work from home (However you can take wfh 2 times a month)
