Nothing . Only salary credit on time

Dislikes

Everything. You have to work 24x7, even though you take sick leave you won't get that leave, you have to work without any pay. No work life balance, no proper communication with your seniors, even though he/she won't share proper informatio. Seniors are too dominating.

Dislikes

No skill development training provided to employees. Zero Career growth. No increase in the knowledge. Less than 8% hike annually. We were working for 12 hrs everyday. No personal life.
