What do i dislike? Let me give you a list. - Fake promises by management - Rude micromanagers - Extreme working hours. Calls after 11pm in night as well. - No benefits, no bonuses, no OT. - Hiring pressure and client pitch calls with PPT and POCs.

Likes

Lot of scope in the organisation to learn. No politics. People who are really talented and performs well will be recognised by the management here. In the current situations, many of companies not providing proper salaries and appraisals. Here this issue will not be there. Team outings, employee benifits, incentives, monthly and quarterly activities will Happen to boost up the employees

Dislikes

Package should be improved a bit.

Colleagues and seniors are very friendly and understand the importance of Work Life balance. TestingXperts has a stress free environment which doesn't make work a burden for the employees. It has been a very good experience working here.

Dislikes

...But if there is one thing that the Appraisals are not justified at the company. People working very hard and those working bare minimum have almost the same salary hike during appraisals.
