1.They are still developing policies and procedures. HR systems is weak and they dont want to pay a competitive salary. 2.They say bonus at the time of hiring but later say it is included in the salary. 3.They have non technical people managing technical projects 4.Management behaves deaf to employees problems and is not concerned of work life balance 5.Dictatorship - No proper management or boss , there is no real person you can talk to your problems.

It was WFH, so there weren't many things could be observed. There were trainings, some fun employee engagement programs.

...WFH, not many things could go wrong. The appraisal cycle can be improved though. Also, I felt that the compensation is kinda below the industry standards. How hard could it be to show some appreciation for your employees.

What do i dislike? Let me give you a list. - Fake promises by management - Rude micromanagers - Extreme working hours. Calls after 11pm in night as well. - No benefits, no bonuses, no OT. - Hiring pressure and client pitch calls with PPT and POCs.

Manager doesnt think twice before taking credit for your work. Only gives good opportunities to people in his circle. HR is management's pawn , Dont get me started on how they treat employees they dont like. The remaining employees are only present because of hometown . They would switch as soon as they get better opputunities. if you join say goodbye to your mental health.
