Extremely good work culture and ethics. Training is given in a very comprehensive manner and excellent opportunities to grow within the organization and outside too. The director is very thoughtful about the employees as well.

One cannot put a finger on what they don't like here unless they are unable to take the pressure of learning quickly and keeping up. The job is dynamic and requires a lot of analytical skills, patience, and hard work(which I personally appreciate about the job but many may not).
