Nothing its a company with very bad Top management. They will very biased. Only hire family and friends with no education or relevant experiences

Dislikes

Salary on come by 15th of every month. F&F will never be done. Performance linked pay is never paid. They make fool of Distributors and Dealers take their money also. Product is of poor quality. Can not sell no person buy in market. Don't Join this company. They make fool of candidates by Tesla Name

Zero support from management. No job security. No responsible person for any work. Reporting manager is useless guys. Employee is not value for company. Tesla power usa is not American base company it is total local brand.
