No proper Hr policies 11. Hr/ Director very rude and egoistic. 12. Manager only talks and doesn’t help the team and will put everything in your head. 13. professionalism is in Minus (-) , They will take everything personally.

Good office infrastructure Employee oriented policies like accommodation free for first 15 days, vacation leave, encashable PL etc. good and interesting projects

all Saturdays off should be implemented currently only 3 more external training programs should be there rest all are good

The timing should be from 10-7 instead of 10-7.30. The break time can be reduced to 30 min instead of current 1 hour We have 3 Saturday off. It should be all Saturday
