...employee it's better place to work... Over culture, polices, and environment..but I cannot satisfy with salary and cannot employment my knowledge ..i looking forward to a career opportunity plat form....

They just want foolish person, doing work without knowledge and never think about carrier growth....There are few unexperienced, who don't see anything out of this , they are making rules by there silly mind. Even there is no human resource manager or any such type of concept... only one thing is good- Salary on time.. remaining all worst...

There is no any person in company who going to tell you anything about company or job or his authority or role, but in the last seen so many will come to ask... there is one side communication, few person ask you anything any time, but they never come to you to told that he is handling this department, you can also ask about your doubt.

It is a company but runs like a proprietor ship firm so there is nothing in the name of management. The lot's of inside politics in this company at almost all levels. The condition get worse if you join as a field executive officer as they don't provide you the proper Traveling allowance or food expenses in the name of food expenses they give only 80 Rs. for one time with conditions. They also have some illegal process in the of recycling EPR and IPR. Now if you says what i am doing here since then i am looking good opportunity in different fields and i also have age issue, but soon l am going to left the company with the grace of God.
