Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Not a good place for freshers to start their career. No learning opportunities as the management doesn't pay any attention towards freshers hence zero skill development. If you want to have rest and and learn no skills at all, most welcome...

They provide salary on time. Only this is single thing they do on time.

Dislikes

Total Politics in every department.If you don't hv any strong connection with someone in the org you will not get a single peny in your appraisal time.

...main in the company. they do not want to settle any talented people at any cost.These old managers are taking huge amount of salary which they can not be deserve. That's why they don't want settle any new talented people. They have completely captured on company whole resources and operate accordingly. These old mgrs Illegally terminate you without giving you any notice period. Be careful to join. These sr project mgr seems to be less educated or they have just collect degree from third class college in illegal way. They can not deserve to be a project manager. One Sr project manager who dont have any etiquette, manner and knowledge and he promoted to AVP. Management should verify their degree and order to quality check of these managers. Management should immediately identify these worst managers and fire them. They are real termites of Terracis.

Salary-: no good salary hike whenever you get the valueable approch there. Worklife balance-: you might work 13-15 hours per day no weekend off. You will always work on client location.
